This is a quick and easy recipe for sweet potatoes, which I never meet any more sweet. The blend of spices, herbs, lemon juice and olive oil is to us, simply fantastic. Only a great way to prepare sweet potatoes!
Sweet potato recipe with-120 calories
2 the sweet potatoes (peeled, cut into chips, wash and dry)
1 tablespoon Rosemary (minced)
1 tablespoon tarragon (minced)
1 tablespoon parsley (minced)
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt, to taste
Fresh ground pepper, to taste
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
2. discard the potatoes along with all other materials latih.
3. place on a baking sheet sprayed.
4. bake 20-25 minutes (or until golden and crispy).
